Job Details:


· QUALIFICATIONS:


· Licensed or eligible by temporary permit to practice as an RN in the State of West Virginia

· Placement to this level requires a minimum of one year of RN experience.

· Competent to provide care based on the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological stages of human growth and development

· Competent to provide care using the nursing process

· Must have a reliable means of phone communication with hospital

· Must not have been convicted of or have pending charges of any barrier crimes

· Current driver's license and reliable transportation

· Criminal Background checks required and include:
VA State police
3 rd Party Background Check
FBI Fingerprinting for Behavioral Health and Float Pool
Central Registry for Behavioral Health, Healthy Families, Float Pool and Maternal/Child and /or Family Birthing staff
WV State Police fingerprinting for NWV Home Health and HMH Staff
